Weekend Snapshots

Happy Monday! Boy, it feels like this weekend sped by more so than usual. Hope everyone who celebrated had a wonderful Easter.

Spring is-a-coming, albeit very slowly. It made me very happy to see daffodils sprouting up along an exit from the Dupont Circle metro on Saturday!

I had a lovely brunch with my friend Arlene at Sette Osteria in Dupont Circle. We hadn't seen each other since our holiday party in December so we had a lot of catching up to do! And bellini drinking. :-)

Happy Easter! Tommy, mom, and I went to Easter service bright and early on Sunday morning.

Easter service was followed by a delicious Easter brunch at Belga Cafe!

Later on Sunday, I had a massage appointment scheduled. Before that mom and I strolled around Georgetown and I bought a fabulous spring jacket I had been eyeing at Massimo Dutti.

Side note: Tommy and I had a wonderful dinner with our dear friends on Saturday night (who are expecting their second child this coming Saturday!) at Seasons 52 on Saturday night, but I forgot to take a photo from the dinner…

All in all, it was a fabulous weekend! Hope you all enjoyed yours as well. Now it is back to the grind.
