Happy Friday ya’ll!
Today is my work’s annual staff bake sale. Remember my 5am baking last year? Fortunately I had a bit more time this year so no 5am baking for me, but a more appropriate 7-8pmish baking start time.
Thanks to my friend Tammy’s suggestions, I decided to make flourless (gluten free) almond chocolate & peanut cookies. To check out this delicious recipe, go here. Take note that while Tammy didn’t use peanuts in her recipe, I did. I also used a different kind of almond butter because I couldn’t find “Justin’s” at the grocery store.
Despite these cookies not having any once of flour in them, they came out very tasty and tasted just like real cookies.
