Merry Christmas everyone!
I wanted to pop in to share a delicious recipe I cooked for Christmas morning breakfast for Tommy and me – a Brussels Sprouts, Bacon, and Gruyere Frittata.
It was actually pretty easy to make (for some reason I had thought any type of frittatas were hard to make – i.e. required many steps, but this recipe surprised me). I highly recommend making this for a brunch you are hosting or if you are simply searching for another breakfasty items to make on a weekend morning. Not only was it delicious, but also rather nutritious.
