Date Night – Capitals Play-Off Game

Happy Monday everyone!

Hope your Monday is off to a great start. This past weekend was a busy, but good one. While Tommy studied for a certification for work, Ava, my mom, and I had a busy day together on Saturday (which you’ll hear about tomorrow). Tommy did take a study break on Saturday night to treat us to a hockey game!

1) My friend Katie and I attended the Bitches Who Brunch event at Rent the Runway in Georgetown last Wednesday.

1) Two Saturdays ago Tommy and I went to our friend Ryan and Jackie’s wedding at the Torpedo Factory in Old Town Alexandria. We had so much fun celebrating this awesome couple.

2016 White House Easter Egg Roll

Good evening folks! Hope your Monday after Easter was a good one.

Tommy, Ava, and I had the pleasure of attending the White House Easter Egg Roll this morning. The event is an annual tradition that welcomes thousands of kids and their families to the White House to partake in fun fitness activities, storybook telling, musical acts, food demos and more.

Cherry Blossoms Are Here!

It’s that time of year again! The Cherry Blossoms are in full bloom, D.C. is crowded with tourists and allergies are the death of many of us. 🙂

You may remember that one of the things I was excited about come Spring was taking Ava to see the Cherry Blossoms at the Tidal Basin. Well, my mom, Ava, and I did just that for a few hours today.
